Pressure Gauge Calibration
We offer calibration on a range of pressure instruments as can be seen below. If you have an queries feel free to get in touch.
Analog Gauges
A pressure gauge is a tool that provides the easiest, most direct way of measuring and displaying gas and liquid pressure.
We calibrate pressure gauges up to 550 BAR/ 8000 PSI
Digital Gauges
Digital pressure gauges are instruments that are designed to sense the pressure from a liquid or gas and provide a direct reading of that pressure value on a digital display, rather than requiring an operator to read a value from the position of a needle on a pressure scale as with analog pressure gauges.
Differential Pressure Gauges
A differential pressure gauge is an object that acts as an essential visual indicator of the difference in pressure between two pressure points of one pipe system. Most commonly, differential pressure gauges are used within industrial process systems, such as those installed in chemical plants, petrochemical plants, Power plants and refineries.
Leak Testers
A leak test is a procedure used to determine if an object, product, or system functions within a specified leak limit. A leak occurs when a gas or liquid flows through an object via an imperfection or manufacturing defect such as a hole, crack, or weak seal.
Magnehelic Gauges
Magnehelic gauges are low-pressure differential devices to measure very low pressures between two pressure sources. It works using a capsule bellows element and is suitable for use on clean dry gases. The twin entry onto the unit, high and low or up and downstream will allow the unit to measure the difference between both sources. They can also be used to measure positive, compound, or negative pressure.
Tyre Inflators
The tyre inflator is a specific type of air compressor used for pumping up your car tires. The use of pressurized gas removes the need for strenuous pumping to fill your tires to the right pressure.
Spark Plug Tester (Gauges)
A Spark Plug Pressure Tester is a handy tool used to measure the pressure inside the cylinders of an engine. It helps diagnose various engine problems such as worn piston rings, bad valves, or head gasket leaks.
Tyre Pressure Gauges
A tyre pressure gauge is used to measure the pressure of the tyres of a car, motorbike or any vehicle that uses inflated tyres. Simply using your eyes to estimate tyre pressure isn’t accurate and could lead to misleading results. Gauges offer accurate and reliable readings and come in both standard and digital formats
Vertical Speed Indicator
The VSI, also known as the Variometer or Vertical Velocity Indicator (VVI), is an essential instrument in aviation that shows the rate at which an aircraft is climbing or descending, measured in feet per minute (fpm) or meters per second (m/s). It helps pilots maintain safe altitude management and ensures. smooth flight operations
