Torque Analyser
Torque meters and analysers are designed to ensure that torque-based devices are performing as required. These incredibly precise machines measure the output signal from a 'transducer' (the electronic energy converter). The torque meter then analyses the reading, turning it into a torque value and providing you with a readable figure on the digital display.
Verifying and measuring torque is key to any manufacturing or engineering project. Tools must be tested to ensure quality, reliability, accuracy, and safety when used, as inaccurate or unreliable tools are often what separates good engineering from bad.
Torque analysers excel at troubleshooting tools and machinery, and often provide information that exposes the root cause of the problem. Whether it's a loss of energy through loose connections or over-tightened/stripped threads, the torque meter is highly likely to detect issues at its core. Torque analysers vary in size depending on their intended wrench & there are multiple attachments that can be used for a torque anaylser such as a 1/2 to 3/8 step-down socket.
