Force Tool Calibration

Digital Force Gauges (up to 10kg)

A digital force gauge measures pull and push forces. A digital force gauge is often called a push-pull force gauge or tension gauge. It is used in material testing, quality control & assurance. Digital force gauge devices provide measurements in kilograms (kg), grams (g), ounces (oz), pounds (lbs), and Newtons (N) of force (f), depending on the force gauge model. Digital force gauge products are handheld, portable devices that also can be used with a universal test stand.

Crimp Tools (up to 1000N)

Crimping is a way of joining pieces of metal or other ductile material by deforming one or both of the pieces to hold the other, and this deformity is known as the "crimp". A crimping tool is a tool used to deform the material and create the connection.

Crimping is commonly used in electrical work, to attach wires together or wire to other connectors. "Crimp connectors" is the general name for the fittings that attach to the wire using this method, which usually has an insulated sleeve attached to a metal connector. The purpose of the crimping tool is to form a secure connection that is properly sealed from any gas or moisture, preventing shortages or faulty electrical connections.

Hydraulic Crimp Tool with Built-in Dies

A hydraulic crimp tool with built-in dies is a powerful device used to join two pieces of metal or other materials by deforming one or both of them to hold each other. The built-in dies are essential for ensuring a secure and precise crimp every time

Static Hydraulic Crimp Tool

A hydraulic crimper is a tool used to connect the ends of two cables, wires, or other similarly flexible materials such as hydraulic hoses to a matching hose end. This tool allows the user to create crimped connections through a hydraulic fluid mechanism to transfer force from the user to the tool.

A hydraulic crimper works by using pressurised liquid to drive a piston down into a cylinder where it compresses a die against a cable, wire, or hose being worked on. As this happens, the die forms a permanent bend at its point of contact. When the pressure is released, the die springs back up out of the way leaving behind a permanently bent section of the wire, hose end coupling, or cable crimp.

Additional Dies for Crimp Tools

Crimp tool dies are designed for crimping connectors during installation and electrical work. Specialist crimpers can have multiple different types of dies used with it & are interchangeable. We can test your crimp tool with multiple dies however additional dies cost extra. Crimping dies will need to be sent with their crimp tool to be calibrated.

Cable Wire Strippers

A wire stripper is a portable handheld tool used by workers, especially electricians, for removing the protective coating of an electric wire in order to replace or repair the wire. It is also capable of stripping the end portions of an electric wire in order to connect them to other wires or to terminals.

Wire strippers can be categorized into two types: manual wire strippers and automatic wire strippers. A manual wire stripper is considered the most versatile; to use it, the user needs to manually rotate it while applying pressure around the insulation in order to cut or adjust the wires. In the case of an automatic wire stripper, one side is held tight, and, simultaneously, the other side is cut and removed.
